The Labor Cost Coach is a program designed by RRI that recognizes that restaurant owners & managers may need some training, encouragement, commitment & monitoring to achieve good labor cost controls. Similar to a personal trainer, the Labor Cost Coach will provide one on one manual instruction of the how’s and why’s of Scheduling, Sales Forecasting, Labor Budgeting, & Reporting. The program's primary goal is to control labor cost and improve profitability.
Food Cost Controls
In as little as 12 weeks, we will guide you through the process of implementing the same food and liquor control systems used by chain restaurant operators. We will show you how to reduce costs and improve profits in the areas of ordering, receiving, storage, requisition, menu planning and service. Like the major players, you’ll know exactly what costs are out of line each week so you can react quickly and maximize profitability.
