

Our Corporate Headquarters is equipped with a state-of-the-art Learning Center and test kitchen. Designed in conjunction with the Culinary Institute of America our Equipment and Supply company has designed this facility as our centerpiece for sales meetings, training seminars, customer meetings, product demonstration and comparisons. Open for use by employees and customers alike our Test Kitchen and Learning Center allows us to provide the proper setting to showcase our products.
The Learning Center is divided into two sides, with a retractable wall that allows us to host as many as 300 people in a lecture type setting. Two large multimedia screens allow presentations to take place with PowerPoint, videotape, or live internal broadcasts, very similar to those seen on many cooking shows, where the actual product can be seen throughout the room while being prepared.
A truly modern kitchen embellished with equipment on rolling casters so we change out the layout as necessary to show a customer how their kitchen will actually operate before they even begin construction. The test kitchen truly represents what we represent at Maines. It is supported by modern dispensing systems including those for drink, juice, coffee, soda, chemical, towel, and hand soap products.
The Test Kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic ingredients common to most restaurants so we truly emulate the feeling of a working restaurant kitchen within our warehouse.
The Learning Center and Test Kitchen is one of the most impressive portions of our building. We take pride in providing top-notch training for our employees and customers. This facility allows us to ensure that we have state of the art tools available for demonstration. Training takes place on a daily basis within our facility. We are in an industry selling to customers with changing trends, with our ongoing training initiative we are able to stay on top of these trends, and keep everyone on top of our customer needs.
